As we’re moving into August 2020, here’s a market update.

 

 

The market is crazy hot for sellers.  If a home is priced well and is in decent condition, it’s bound to be off the market quickly. Higher-end homes of $700,000+ take a bit longer to sell. Multiple offers organically push the home value upward. My last listing sold at 5% above asking price with 7 offers. Rates are under 3%, subject to credit and financial profile. It now is a tremendous opportunity to buy as many families may be paying more in rent for the same house right now with the low interest rate.

 

You may want to look at refinancing opportunity too depending on where you rate is at. Both of our homes are 3% and less in interest rate.

 

🏡I have two listings coming on the market in American Canyon. One  priced close to $600,000 (4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms/1900 sq ft) walking distance to Donaldson Way Elementary School and American  Canyon Middle School. The other will be $700,000+ (5 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms) in Vintage Ranch.
