VREB Network provides a national Veteran buyer/seller membership benefits program designed to show our appreciation for prior, current and retired military to reduce their costs of buying/selling their home.
Founded on Veterans Day 2012, as the RE/MAX Veterans First Rebate Program – it quickly grew to one of the largest National Buyer/Seller Membership Benefits program. Dedicated to our Veterans and reducing their home buying/selling costs, Veterans First expanded its National Agent Network outside of RE/MAX in January 2014 to all brands and firms.
In August of 2015, Veterans First has grown into a new name, the Veterans Real Estate Benefits (VREB) Network. The new brand truly encompasses its market depth and services.
Today, membership includes real estate professionals from a wide variety of national and local real estate firms. Its rapid growth and national coverage now makes it the Nation’s leading real estate military program and one of the top Buyer/Seller Membership-based Benefits Programs.
Veterans join for FREE and receive various benefits when working with one of our top-producing network agents. These benefits include both a designated Reward Check (Varies by sales price) and an option of a one year home warranty.
Our Network Agents use our nationally branded program and customized tools to penetrate their military market and increase sales, while also receiving network military relocation’s and national program leads from our Network.
Participating Agents/Firms promote the VREB Network and Veteran benefits in their markets and share this program with veteran consumers, military installations, or veteran related organizations.
Veterans join our program for free and earn up to a $7500 Rewards Check after closing when working with one of our Veteran-Certified, Network agents to buy or sell their home. (The Veteran’s actual reward varies by their home’s sales price, and is funded by their agent’s referral fee which is at or slightly less than 25% of that agent’s total commission.) From that same agent contribution (no additional cost to agent), our program also gives back to military charities.
Our experienced agents, military charity donations and our Industry leading Membership Rewards allow us to easily convert our competitor’s (USAA Movers Advantage program) customers increasing our Network Agent/Firms’ sales.
Each participating network Agent/Firm is prominently featured on our national, industry-leading website, found at www.VREBNetwork.com.
Our Agents/Firms appear on a consumer’s “Find a Network Agent” search and our search technology connects relocating veterans with our participating Agents/Firms through an easy-to-use search tool, while also inviting users to search for homes on that Agent/Firm’s own IDX site. (These leads are tracked and sent directly to our Agent Dashboards.) All our Agents/Firms are also provided, at no cost, a custom, Key-Word sensitive, individual website to help promote their participation in this program in their respective markets.
VREB Network is branded and heavily marketed on four main program pillars: Veteran-Certified Agents, Largest Member Rewards in the Industry, Owned and Operated by Veterans, and giving back to Military Charities. These pillars help differentiate us from other national programs.
